 A continuous flush could indicate a faulty diaphragm assembly, a worn relief valve, or a damaged handle gasket. 

A weak flush might be caused by low water pressure, a clogged inlet screen, or a worn diaphragm. 

A long flush could be caused by a faulty relief valve not properly seating, or a problem with the bypass hole in the diaphragm.  

Signs of a worn diaphragm include visible tears, cracks, or excessive wear on the rubber material.

Regularly clean the valve with mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals.
